Todd is a hands on owner that is frequently found on your jobsite. As a master carpenter he has rare skill sets that are very hard to find. He is a craftsman in the true sense of the word with a true "eye for detail".

Both Todd and Allie are qualified and can work to represent you as an Owners' representative on a project where you may have a different builder.  We can represent your interests with site visits, coordination between builder and owner/ designer, and progress reports for out of town / state clients.
