We recommend that you start developing a relationship with us either prior to purchasing your lot / land or immediately after the purchase of your lot / land. We add a lot of value at this stage helping you through the design process with your architect to ensure you get the design and home features you want and to help and advise you on budgets and costs of the design during the architectural design process. We want to make sure that you can afford your dream home! We can even do this as an "Owners' Representative" prior to construction and during the design process if you aren't able to be involved.
We primarily serve the Valley County area near McCall, Idaho. We do projects from Tamarack and Donnelly on the South side of the Valley up to Brundage Ski Resort to the North. Subdivisions include Jug Mountain Ranch, Whitetail, Lakeview Estates, Tamarack Resort, Brundage Ski Resort, and others.

No, as an exclusively custom and luxury home builder we build for clients that have had architectural plans created either by an architect or a certified home designer. We can help you through that process if needed to help facilitate plans that suit your needs. Please see our tab above entitled "Process" for information on the purchase, planning, and building process steps. Or, better yet, give us a call and we can help you through the process.
At PCH we regularly communicate with owners on their home progress throughout the entire building process. The way in which you will be updated (in person or via email / call) might depend on the location and / or if you are in town regularly. We can meet weekly / biweekly on site, send images, texts, and emails regularly to keep you abreast of your homes progress. You let us know which way and frequency works best for you.
Yes, we carry both general liability insurance and Idaho State Worker's compensation insurance.
Typically the Jobsite Supervisor will be overseeing all aspects of Construction on a day to day basis. They can answer your questions on construction. General Construction updates are on a weekly basis. Other questions and making design choices will go through our Design Coordinator.
Yes, PCH is registered with the State of Idaho. Our Contractor Registration number is #298.
Since we build exclusively Custom homes we include features on your architectural plans and all things that you desire and specified in your home. There are no "Change Orders" special costs per se, but if you change items it may lead to increased cost of the item and / or changes to the completion timeline.
Yes, the home comes with a Builders Warranty. The length of the warranty is one year for all the major components in the home.
