If you don't already have a set of plans or an architect / designer, we can recommend a highly qualified architect or designer that we have close working relationships with.
Work with your architect to develop your new home. PCH can work with you in this process to ensure you get the features you desire within the price point you need. We can coordinate through this process with you as an Owners' Representative if needed.
Submit plans to Homeowners Association for approval prior to permitting to the building department.
During plan development and when plans are completed, we can proceed with planning meetings to determine your specific wants and needs for your project. Then we can estimate and build a timeline of completion for your home. We will give you a line item budget that represents those choices so there are no surprises.
We then submit your architectural plans to the building department for permitting approvals.
When permits are approved and acquired, build home per your finalized plans, engineering, specifications, budget, and timeline.
We walk through the home together to explain features and mechanical. We mark any issues for repair and repair as needed.
